Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Tract #12960 as 100% Compete Dater February 23, 1988 <br />Tract #12960 is located north of San Bernardino Avenue and west of Pepper Avenue. <br />The developer, Jenel Company, is requesting final acceptance of the Tract.
