CITY OF COLTOId <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of April 19, 1988 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: FRANC BENEST, CITY MANAGE <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR JOINT FUNDING Date: 4/8/88 <br />OF MILL STREET STORM DRAIN <br />As the City Council is aware, the City of San Bernardino has <br />agreed to fund 50% of the actual cost for designing and installing <br />the: Mill Street Stone Drain. <br />The attached agreement calls for the City of San Bernardino to pay <br />up to ,$211,000 over a period of two years. We also agree to <br />indemnify the City of San Bernardino for any liability or damages. <br />The: City Attorney has approved the agreement as to form. <br />REC0MM9gDATION <br />It is hereby reconmended that the City Council approve the attached <br />agreement and authorize the Mayor and and City Clerk to execute. <br />Item No. 9 <br />
