There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting and Regular <br />Meeting held July 19, 1988, as on file in the Offfice of the <br />City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 70375 through 70789, and Nos. 140570 through <br />140703, 140704 through 140860, 140861 through 141059 (July 28, <br />1988) inclusive, recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) Grants - Consider support of C -CAP funding for Account No. <br />01-2016, Crime Analysis. <br />1 <br />
