There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of August 2, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 70791 through 70800, 70801 through 71225, and <br />Nos. 141060 through 141205 (August 11, 1988) inclusive, as recom- <br />mended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) W.Q.C.P. - Modification of Wastewater Treatment Master Plan and <br />allocation of additional Funds for Phase I design and construction. <br />(4) Vehicle Allowances - Consider RESOLUTION NO.
