KEANE, Asst. .City Manager , <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award for Transformers to RTE Corporation in the Date November 29, 1988 <br />Amount of $14,098.00 and WESCO Utility in the Amount <br />of $20,695.44 <br />On November 3, 1988, we advertised for quotation for various size transformers for the <br />Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 2:00 p.m., November 23, 1988 in the <br />General Services office. A Bid Analysis is attached showing the Load Loss Evaluated <br />Cost, which is how we determine the sucessful bidder on transformers. The evaluated <br />cost of the vendors to whom we are recommending bid award is underlined on the Bid <br />Ana.lysis., <br />RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that bid award be made to RTE Corporation in the <br />amount of $14,098.00 and WESCO Utility in the amount of $20,695.44. <br />i; <br />Report Prepared By: K.L.
