City Manager <br />r: Bid Award for Cash Registers to Southwestern Cash <br />Register Co. in the Amount of $13,785.30 <br />Date: November 22, 1988 <br />On November 3, 1988, we advertised for quotations for Seven (7) Cash Registers and <br />Accessories for Administrati<ve Services. Bid opening was held at 2:00 p.m. on <br />November 14, 1988 in the General Services office.. Three bids were received and <br />a Bid Analysis is attached showing price and delivery, with the recommended vendor's <br />price underlined. <br />Two of the three bids were non-responsive as they did n.ot submit bid securities. <br />RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends bid award to Southwestern Cash Register Co. in <br />the amount of $13,785.30. <br />Report.
