All Bids Exceeded the <br />$12,000.00 Budgeted. <br />On November 12, 1987, we advertised for quotations for a 1988 <br />four door sedan for the Parks Division. Bid opening was held <br />at 2:00" P.M., November 24, 1987 in the General Services Office. <br />A Bid Analysis is attached showing price and delivery. All bids <br />exceeded the $12,000.00 budgeted for the vehicle. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that all bids be rejected, <br />specifications revised and re -bid - <br />Report prepared by K.
