Bernardino and Pepper Avenues Date: June 27, 1988 <br />Traffic Signals as 100% Complete and Authorize <br />the Filing of the Notice of Completion, Citi Project #PM7-9 <br />On September 15,, 1987 Council awarded the traffic signal installation at San <br />Bernardino and Pepper Avenues`to Steiny and Campany.
