Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />' SUBJECT; SE"I�IVT AGREEMENT BMWEEN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Date: <br />EDISON COMPANY (SCE) AND CITIES <br />FERC DOCKET NO. ER87-365-000 (including the CITY OF COLTON,) <br />u <br />A negotiated settlement agreement between the Cities and <br />SCE has been completed by our attornies, Spiegel and <br />i McDiarmid. This agreement will revise the rates charged <br />1987. to the City for the period January 1, 1'987, through May 31, <br />. <br />The settlement reached regarding tax issues will result <br />it in a refund to the City in the amount of $53,000, inclu- <br />ding principal and interest as of June 30, 1988. <br />This amount is in addition to the refund of $63,559 which <br />the City'received.December 11, 1987. <br />The principals 'for incorporating Tax Reduction. Adjustments <br />(TRA) changes in this. Docket, No. ER87-365-000, will affect <br />_ the rates the City is charged in Docket ER87-483 (the "1987.11 <br />Settlement) as well. This will in time provide additional <br />refunds to the City. <br />I. The agreement I� g ent is on filein the City.
