_2_ <br />Schedule R-4'.1 rates based on the Test Year 1986 cost of service <br />and estimated billing determinants filed in Docket <br />No. ER86-271-000, as computed in workpapers RWP-DMC-02 through <br />RWP-DMC-05 included in Attachment B. <br />2. For the purpose of determining 1988 rates included in <br />Attachment A, the annual resale revenue requirement for 1988 <br />shall be reduced by an additional $4,968,000 from the adjusted <br />1987 level based on the Test Year 1986 cost of service and <br />estimated billing determinants filed in Docket No. ER86-271-000 <br />I <br />as computed in workpapers RWP-DMC-02 through RWP-DMC-05 included <br />in Attachment B. <br />3. The revised Schedule R-4.2.1 and Schedule R-4.3.1 rates <br />applicable to 1987 and 1988 respectively, included as <br />I <br />Attachment A are designed with the revenue requirement decreases <br />allocated 92 percent to demand and 8 percent to energy as shown <br />on workpaper RWP-DMC-01 included in Attachment B. <br />4. Within fifteen (15) days of the date of a Commission order <br />approving this settlement, Edison shall refund to each resale <br />customer, with interest calculated in accordance with the <br />Commission's regulations, the difference between revenues <br />computed with Schedule R-4.2 and R-4.3 rates for service rendered <br />beginning January 1, 1987, and the revised rates included as <br />Attachment A. Within thirty (30) days thereafter, Edison shall <br />submit a refund report showing the calculation of the refunds. <br />
