CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of jujae 7, 1988 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM; Rich Holmer, Human Services Director <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR EARLY INTERVENTION Date: 5/31/88 <br />PROGRAM CONSULTATION SERVICES <br />In April the Office of Criminal Justice and Planning (OCJP) <br />approved a modification to our state funded Early Interven- <br />tion grant. The modification allows the City.to contract <br />with a licensed clinician to provide case management and <br />review and necessary training for our program counselors. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />It is staffs recommendation that the City Council approve <br />the a(reement between Raymond J. Siddons, M.F.C.C. and the <br />City for provision of the aforementioned services.
