FM8-6 <br />For the construction of: <br />STREET INFROVEMMS <br />This agreement made and concluded this day of <br />at Colton, California <br />between the City of Colton, herein referred to as "CITY", and <br />, herein referred to as <br />CONTRACTOR, <br />ARTICLE I -- Witnesseth, that for and inconsideration of <br />the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned, to be made and <br />performed by the said CITY, and under the conditions expressed in <br />the two bonds, bearing even date with these presents, and hereunto <br />s <br />annexed, said CONTRACTOR agrees with the said CITY, at his own cost <br />and expense, to do all the work and furnish all the materials, except <br />such as are mentioned in the specifications to be furnished by said <br />CITY', necessary to construct and complete in a good, workmanlike, <br />and substantial manner the above described work,in accordance with <br />the specifications therefore which said specifications are hereby <br />specially referred to and by such reference made apart hereof. <br />Said work to be done is shown upon the following plans: <br />12-A. <br />
