demonstrations shall be cause for the Chief of Police to <br />clear the Council Chambers or to remove individual offenders <br />upon direction from the Presiding Officer. <br />Any person who verbally attacks other individuals, groups, or <br />city officials, or otherwise becomes boisterous while addressing <br />the Council, or while attending the Council Meeting, shall be <br />ruled out of order by the Presiding Officer. If someone begins <br />to make impertinent or slanderous remarks, the Presiding Officer <br />(or the City Manager or City Attorney at the direction of the <br />Presiding Officer) will instruct the person to follow the Council <br />rules. If the person does not cease, the Presiding Officer will <br />instruct the Chief of Police to remove the person from the Council <br />Chambers and bar him/her from further audience before the Council. <br />k, <br />
