Bid opening was held at 2:00 P.M., April 18, 1988 <br />in the General Services office. A Bid Analysis is attached <br />for your review showing price and delivery of the quotations <br />received. The price of the recommended vendor is underlined. <br />The lowest quoted price did not include all specifications. <br />We had specified a split bench front seat. To provide this <br />requirement', the dealer would have to provide a special <br />package which would bring his bid to $15,099,83. <br />lowest bidder met, all required specifications.
