CONNOLLY, CHIEF OF POLICE <br />SUBJECT: CONTRACT PROCESSING PARKING CITATIONS <br />Dater April 27, 1988 <br />The City of Colton has been contracting with the Vertical <br />Management System for the management and processing of the <br />parking citation program. This company was recently purchased <br />by Computil Corporation. <br />The attached contract is between the City of Colton and Computil <br />Corporation for the same service and there are no changes in <br />the new contract. <br />The City Attorney has approved the new contract as to form. <br />Staff recommendation is to approve the attached contract <br />document and authorize the City Manager to sign same. <br />Attachments: CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT FOR PROCESSING <br />PARKING CITATIONS <br />Page 1 of 1 Item No. <br />
