Keane, Assistant City Manage <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Aluminum Picnic Table to Date 5/10/88 <br />Moore Recreation &'Parks Equipment in the <br />Amount of $7,940.08. <br />On .April 22, 1988, we advertised for quotations on 12, <br />15 Foot Picnic Tables for the Parks Division. Bid opening <br />was held at 2:00 P.M., April 4, 1988 in the General Services <br />office. A Bid Analysis is attached for your review showing <br />price and delivery. The recommended vendor's price is <br />underlined. <br />The lowest bid was considered non-responsive since they <br />quoted on wood top tables rather than the specified aluminum <br />tables. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to <br />Moore Recreation & Parks Equipment in the amount of $7,940.08. <br />i <br />Report prepared by K.L.
