There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of. Minutes of Regular Meeting held May 3, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 68125 through 68488, and Nos. 139046 through <br />139207 (May 5, 1988), inclusive, as recommended by the Assistant <br />City Manager. <br />(3) Special Assessments - Assessment District Collection expenses, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-35-88. <br />(4) Investment Policy - Resolution adopting the 1988 Investment <br />Policy, RESOLUTION NO.
