Azusa, Banning and Colton are each located in and <br />20 interconnected to the Southern California Edison Company <br />21 ("Edison") control area and are engaged in the generation, <br />22 transmission, distribution and sale of electric power (ca - <br />23 pacity and energy) in the State of California. <br />24 2. Pasadena operates its own control area but. is <br />25 interconnected with Edison and is engaged in the generation, <br />26 transmission, distribution and sale of electric power in the <br />27 State of California. <br />28 3.
