City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award for Transformers to McGraw -Edison in the Date: ` October 24, 1988 <br />Amount of $5,270.32, R T E Corp. in the Amount of <br />$8,696.24 and WESCO Utility in the Amount of $14,424.48 <br />On October 6, 1988, we advertised for quotations for various size transformers for the <br />Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 2:30 .m. <br />Bid <br />is -attached showing the Load Loss Evaluated Gost;,which is how we de- <br />termine the successful bidder on transformers. The evaluated cost of the vendors to <br />f whom we are recommending bid award is underlined on the Bid Analysis. <br />i <br />RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that bid award be made to McGraw -Edison in the amount <br />of $5,270.32, R T E Corp. in the amount of $8,696.24 and WESCO Utility in the amount of <br />$14,424.48. <br />f _ <br />Report Prepared By: K.L.
