Hutton, Director of Public Works, <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Contractor to Build Rich Dauer <br />Restrooms, and Additional Nbnies from the <br />Development Fund <br />rk Date: September 29, 1988 <br />ks. <br />On September 23, 1988 staff received four bids for the Rich Dauer Park Restroom <br />construction project <br />As Council is aware, this project had bidded earlier this year, but only one bid <br />was received at an amount over $100,000 It was recommended at that time to reject <br />the 'bid and authorize staff to re -advertise for bids. Brian Oulman, RDA Assistant <br />Planner has worked with Public Works to ensure that the re -bid would be successful. <br />The City has received $48,125 in State Park and Recreation grant funds for the <br />construction of this project. However, additional Parks Development Fund monies <br />are,needed in the amount of $14,138 to fund this project.
