Keane, Assistant City Manager�i <br />SUBJECT: D "te: 8/30/88 <br />APPROVAL OF FINANCING PLAN AND AUTHORIZATION <br />TO ACCEPT BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CORPORATION YARD <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In December 1986, Council authorized the City Engineer, GTS <br />Associates, Inc., to design and prepare specifi ation •, bid and <br />construction documents for a new City corporation yard.
