There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of August 16, <br />1988, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 71226 through 71653, 71654 through 71670, and <br />Nos. 141415 through 141608, 141609 through 141815 (August 25, 1988) <br />inclusive, as recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) City Manager - Attendance at Meeting for City and County Com- <br />munications and Marketing Association of North America. <br />(4) C.B.D.G. - Consider RESOLUTION NO. R-78-88, defining Agua Mansa <br />Landfill as blighted and a blighted influence, and authorizing use <br />of Community Development Block Grant funds to eliminate such con- <br />ditions. <br />(5) Budget - Financing for Fiscal Year 1988-89 General Fund vehicles. <br />1 <br />
