WARD AND CO <br />WORKERS'COMPENSATION TO FLEMING AND ASSO <br />Background <br />0 <br />IRS Date: September 15, 1988 <br />AND FOR <br />Since 1975, the City has contracted with Self Insurers Service, Inc. (formerly R. L. <br />Kautz) to act as third party administrator for both General Liability and Workers' <br />Compensation. In May of 1988, Self Insurers Service Inc, informed the City that the <br />company would no longer be providing these services to local municipal governments <br />after June 30th. The City was able to extend the contract to October 1 <br />order to .haus sufficient 1988 in <br />ient tune to conduct a se ch for a qualified Workers' <br />Compensation and Liability third party administrator. <br />Discussion <br />Requests for Proposals were developed for, both woz <br />Liability and sent to sixteen companies, six propo <br />Compensation and three for General Liability.
