There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held March 21, <br />1989, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos 77641 through 78015, and Nos. 147077 through <br />147306, 147307 through 147461 (March 30, 1989) inclusive, as <br />recommended by the Assistant City Manager. <br />(3) Permits - Approval of Encroachment Permit for 424 West Mill <br />Street, J & J Markets. <br />(4) Easements - Acceptance of Easement from Liu for Crossroads <br />Trade Center, Landscape Maintenance Easement. <br />(5) Notice of Completion - Acceptance of Mill Street Storm Drain <br />as 100% complete and authorize filing the Notice of Completion. <br />
