Keane, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid -for New Vehicl s for the Date: August 9., 1989 <br />Electric Department and Administrative Services <br />To L.J. Snow in the Amount of $62,389.20. <br />On July 27, 1989 we advertised for quotations for four sedans <br />for the Electric Department and one 4X4 Utility Vehicle for <br />the Project Administrator in Administrative Services. Bid, <br />opening was.held at 2:00 P.M., August 8, 1989 in the .General <br />Services office. A Bid Analysis is attached showing the price <br />and availability with the recommended vendor's price underlined. <br />Several vendors submitted bids that did not meet the specifications <br />required by the City. These are noted on the Bid Analysis form. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staffrecommends that bid award be made to <br />L.J.. Snow in the amount of $62,389.20. <br />Report prepared by K. L.
