There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held December <br />5, 1989, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Nos. 85901 through 86302, and. Nos. 154325 through <br />154489, 154490 through 154709 (December 14, 1989) inclusive, as <br />recommended by the City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Award of Bid, West Coast Utility Equipment, $232,447.38, <br />one 8 Ton Digger Derrick for the Electric Department. <br />1 <br />
