ORDINANCE NO. 0-3-89 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />(First Reading) OF COLTON REGULATING RESIDENTIAL SALES AND <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1483. <br />Motion Second <br />(21) Consider Second Reading of Ordinance No. 0-4-89, authorizing the <br />Assistant City Manager, or Designee, to issue Citations for Viola- <br />tions of Title 5 of the Colton Municipal Code: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-4-89 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING <br />(Second Reading) THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO <br />ISSUE CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF TITLE 5 OF <br />THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />Motion <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Second <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time upon any <br />subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, <br />any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for <br />a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Motion <br />Second <br />Staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item <br />referred to on the Agenda are on file in the Office of the City Clerk <br />and are available for public inspection. <br />Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call <br />the City Clerk at 370-5034, to make inquiry concerning the nature of <br />the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquir- <br />ies to the appropriate office. <br />DECORUM AND ORDER <br />To help conduct the business of the City Council in an orderly fashion, <br />the City Council has adopted rules pertaining to Decorum and Order.
