Bid opening was held at 11:00 a.m., <br />February 13 1989, in the General Services office. Two bids were received and <br />a Bid Analysis is attached showing price and delivery with the recommended vendor's <br />price underlined. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Bennett Industries in the amount <br />of $14,835.00. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
