City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Light Truck for Various Date. December 23, 1988 <br />Departments to L.J. Snow Ford in the Amount of <br />$43,,_319.12 and Sunset Chevrolet in the Amount <br />of $53,764.56. <br />On November 3, 1988, we advertised for quotations for light trucks <br />for Parks, Building Maintenance, Water, Electric Department and <br />the Fire Department. Bid opening was held at 2:00 P.M., November <br />21, 1988, in the Electric Department conference room. A totalof <br />five good bids was received on this requirement and.a summary of <br />the attached bid analysis is provided below <br />Item 1. The low bidder did not meet specifications; award to <br />next low bidder. <br />Item.2. Award to low bidder. <br />Item 3 Award to low bidder. <br />Item 4. The lowbidder did not meet specifications; award to <br />next low bidder. <br />Item 5_. Award to low bidder. <br />Item 6.
