KEANE, City Manager <br />V' <br />SUBJECT: ,award of Bid for Transformers to PauwelsJulyDate: July 11, 1989. <br />Transformers in the Amount of $11,799.92 <br />and WESCO Utility in the Amount of $6,254.00 <br />On June 22, 1989, we advertised for quotations for various size trans- <br />formers for the Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 3:00 p.m. <br />July 10, 1989, -in the General Services office. A Bid Analysis. is at- <br />tached showing the Load Loss Evaluated Cost, which is: how we determine <br />the successful bidder on transformers The evaluated cost of the <br />vendor to whom we are recommending bid award is underlined on the Bid <br />Analysis. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Pauwels Transformers <br />"in the amount of $11,799.92 and WESCO Utility in the amount of $6,254.00. <br />Report.
