Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Award of Consulting Engineer Contract for *the Date: July 10, 1989 <br />Design and Contract Administration of Well #24 <br />The City received two,proposals on July 7 for the design and contract administration <br />of Well #24 (Domecq site). Staff has reviewed both proposals and recommends that <br />John Egan and Associates be awarded the contract.
