KEANE, City Manager <br />3//,(�—/ <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award for Transformers to Pa wels Trans_ Date: ,lune 13, 1989 <br />formers in the Amount of $10,148 44 <br />On May 18, 1989, we'advertised for quotations for various size trans- <br />formers for the Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 2:30 P.M., <br />June 5, 1989, in the General Services office. A Bid Analysis is attach- <br />ed showing the Load Loss Evaluated Cost, which is how we determine the <br />successful bidder on transformers. The valuated cost of the vendor to <br />whom we are recommending bid award is underlined on the Bid Analysis. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to Pauwels <br />Transformers in the amount of $10,148.44. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
