KEANE, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Annual Contract for Chemi- Date: June 13, 1989 <br />call to All Pure Chemical Co. in the Estimated <br />Amount of $9,205.31. <br />On May 18, 1989, we advertised for bid for annual chemical requirements <br />as generated by various City departments. This contract will be on an <br />as required basis for the period July 1, 1989 through June 30, 1990. <br />Bid opening was held at. 10:00 a.m., June 6, 1989, in the General <br />Services office. Four bids were received and only one vendor bid on <br />all estimated requirements. A Bid Analysis is attached which reflects <br />estimated total cost, discount terms and delivery. The recommended <br />vendor's price is underlined. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to All Pure <br />Chemical Co. in the estimated amount of $9,205.31. <br />Report Prepared By: M.
