AGUILERA, Director�� <br />Community Development Department <br />SUBJECT: SET :FOR PUBLIC HEARING Date: March 2, 1989 <br />Conduct a Public Hearing at the City Council meeting of April 4, 1989, <br />for Annexation South 46, LAFCO Number 2513 <br />BACKGROUND <br />On February 1-15, 1989, LAFCO recommended approval of Annexation <br />South 46, LAFCO Number ` 2513, with a requirement that the area <br />proposed for annexation be expanded to include several contiguous <br />parcels. The city may proceed as the conducting authority for this <br />F annexation proposal. <br />To begin this process, a Public Hearing must be set.
