Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: ward of Consulting Engineer Contract for <br />Well #23 <br />Date March 15, 1989 <br />Proposals for Well #23 design were sent out in February. The firms that received <br />proposals were: Arber Engineering and Associates, C G Engineering, C M Engineering, <br />John Egan and Associates, J F Davidson and Associates and James Ibntgomery Consulting <br />Engineers, Inc. Many of the firms declined to submit a proposal due to over <br />comnittment on other projects. <br />Two proposals were received from John Egan and Associates and J F Davidson and <br />Associates. A 3 member panel interviewed the firms and evaluated their proposals. <br />and their presentations. The highest rated proposal and presentation was for J F <br />Davidson and Associates, the proposal for John Egan and Associates was not complete <br />and did not meet all of the requirements that were needed for the project.
