Q <br />C. The City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of <br />Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have <br />determined the amount of property tax revenues to be <br />exchanged as a result of the foTIlowing ; jurisdictional. <br />change: <br />LAFC NUMBER 2535 reorganization to include <br />Annexation South 48 and detachment from CSA 38 <br />General Fire, CSA Zone G S/W Fire, CSA 70 <br />Countywide, and CSA 70 Zone West End, and San <br />Bernardino Valley Municipal Water <br />SECTION'2 <br />The City Council of the City of Colton hereby reso ves and orders <br />that: <br />A. The negotiated exchange of property tax revenues between <br />the City of Colton and the County of San Bernardino <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A"- and incorporated herein <br />by reference, resulting from the above-described <br />jurisdictional change, is approved and accepted. <br />B. The annual tax increment generated in the area subject to I <br />the iurisdictional change and attributable to the local <br />agencies whose service area or service responsibilities <br />i <br />will be altered by the proposed jurisdictional change <br />shall be allocated in future years pursuant to the <br />provisions of Section 98 of the revenue and Taxation <br />Code. <br />-2- <br />
