Keane, City Manager <br />SUBJECT:Award of Bid for Underground Streetlighting Date:September 29, 1989 <br />to Bart: Associates in the Amount of $`1219,199.00. <br />On August 31. and September 7, 1989, we advertised for quotations <br />on Phase I and Phase II of La Cadena Drive Underground Street <br />lighting System (jot) Number 89-24) for.the Electric Utility. Bid <br />opening was held at 2:00 P.M., September 25, 1989, in the Electric <br />Department Conference Room.. We received four good bids on this <br />project and a Bid Analysis is attached showing the quotations <br />received on this 60 day project. The recommended bidder's price <br />in underlined on the analysis sheet. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to Bart <br />Associates in the amount of $129,199.00. <br />Report prepared by K.
