R-22-90 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL LEASE <br />AND OPTION TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT 1990-91 AND <br />SIGNATORIES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, State of California (hereinafter <br />called "Lessee") desires to lease property from Chelsea Capital <br />Corporation (hereinafter called "Lessor"). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager be hereby <br />authorized in the name and on behalf of Lessee to enter into the <br />agreements for the leasing of the Property upon such terms as may seem <br />advisable to said office, to execute agreements, leases, consents to <br />assignment, acceptance certificates, and other documents in connection <br />therewith or incidental thereto, any instruments executed hereunder <br />to be in such form and with such terms and conditions as may be <br />agreed upon with said Lessor. The officer is also authorized to <br />accept or direct delivery from said Lessor of the property. The <br />authority given hereunder should be deemed retroactive and any and <br />all acts authorized hereunder performed prior to the passage of this <br />resolution are hereby ratified and affirmed. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day Of April , 1990. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN AM M <br />City Clerk <br />FRANK A.
