CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of April 3, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Tracts #14404-1 and 14404-2 Date: March 28, 1990 <br />Manning Company for Recordation <br />The above subject Tracts are located south of Cooley Ln, between Cooley Dr. and <br />Hunts Ln. Tract #14404-1 consists of 60 single family residential lots, and Tract <br />#14404-2 consists of 44 single family lots. <br />All plans and bonding quantities have been reviewed by staff and the developer is <br />in the process of delivering the bonds.
