Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />6�'4' <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Relinquishment of Road Easement Date: March 28, 1990 <br />on Hunts Ln, and Cooley Ln. <br />As a condition of approval of Parcel Map #12446 (Manning Company), located south <br />of Cooley Ln, between Hunts Ln, and Cooley Dr., a public right-of-way was required <br />and accepted (see attached map). <br />Previous to the right-of-way dedication on the Parcel Map, a road easement was given <br />by a separate instrument for egress and ingress to and along the parcel of land. <br />Since the right-of-way dedication was made on the aforementioned Parcel Map, it <br />overlapped the original easement, which is now no longer necessary. <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the relinquishment of the road easement for <br />Hunts Ln, and Cooley Ln. <br />JCH/1j <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Page t of Item No 13 <br />t;E F i `AL RECORDS <br />FILE—E I'U'D................,.'26 <br />
