Accordingly the City Council of the City <br />of Colton hereby orders the vacation. of Tron Horse Drive and <br />Golden Spike Drive per the following conditions of approval: <br />?. The Association will hold the City harmless <br />through a written agreement for any future <br />accidents or liability problems which may result <br />while the streets are under the control of the <br />Association. <br />2. The Association will maintain all surface and <br />subsurface street improvements to City <br />standards. <br />3. The Association will provide the Fire <br />Department with quarterly reports of inspections <br />of the electrically operated gate. <br />4. That knox boxes will be provided for Police and <br />Fire use and that other means of access be <br />provided to other public or semi-public <br />agencies. <br />5. That the Association adhere to any postal <br />requirements. <br />6. That all homeowners within the gated community <br />be notified of possible delays of safety <br />response units. Said notification shall be <br />copied to the Fire Department. <br />7. The streets shall contnue to be utilized by <br />utility companies and the City of Colton <br />utility transmission easements. <br />
