CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of Apr i 1 17, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Tract #14366 for Recordation and Date: April 13, 1990 <br />Acceptance of Offer of Dedication, Belco <br />Tract #14366 is located west of Reche Canyon Road and south of Hidden Cove Lane. <br />The Tract consists of 14 single family residential lots. <br />All plans and bonding quantities have been submitted to the City and the developer <br />is in the process of delivering the bonds and set aside letter. The developer <br />is requesting Council consideration of approving this Tract contingent upon staff <br />receiving the improvement bond and set aside letter.
