The Southern California Edison Company is the holder of a transmission line <br />easement affecting subject Tract No.14048. The Edison easement involved was <br />recorded as Instrument No. 63 on September 21, 1927 in Book 266, Page 335 of <br />Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Bernardino. <br />1ST Family Homes has requested the relocation of the above mentioned <br />easement from its present location into a franchise position within the Randall <br />Avenue right of way. Therefore, replacement right of way will be in the form of <br />the Joint Use Agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit "B". The present <br />location of said easement, as shown on said Tract No. 14048 , is in an area <br />dedicated for additional street right of way for Randall Avenue. <br />Presently there are no Edison facilities located on said easement right of way, <br />however the Edison Company wishes to retain said right for possible future use. <br />The Edison Company is in agreement with 1ST Family Homes request. However, <br />in order to accommodate this request, a written commitment from the City of <br />Colton to enter into a Joint Use Agreement with the Southern California Edison <br />Company will be necessary. <br />Ap <br />Mr. Gale A.
