Each member jurisdiction shall <br />possess one voting right on all matters before the committee. The <br />City Administrator of the City of Rialto had been selected as the <br />representative for the participating parties. He shall coordinate <br />and provide to the Consultant information received from the par- <br />ties and when necessary disseminate information or notices to the <br />other parties and generally be the representative for the group of <br />Agencies. Notwithstanding, he shall serve without compensation <br />and shall have no ability to amend or modify the Professional <br />Service Contract, or to otherwise bind the Agencies, without <br />prior written consent by the Chief Administrative Officer of each <br />jurisdiction and delegation. <br />8. Amendment/Waiver: <br />This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by <br />all parties hereto. No waiver of any term or condition of the <br />Agreement shall be considered a continuing waiver thereof. This <br />Agreement does not prevent any of the signatory parties from <br />entering into an agreement with the consultant provided that such <br />party uses its own funding source. It is understood that subse- <br />quent agreements will not interfere with the progress of tasks set <br />forth in this primary agreement. The consultant has agreed to <br />provide additional services to the participating Agencies at the <br />same hourly wage rates indicated in the Professional Services <br />Aqreement with the City of Rialto. <br />E <br />
