La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />RE: Request by the City of Colton Electric Utility for a License for <br />Electrical Facilities on the Gage Canal Right -Of -Way at Mohave Drive <br />Dear Mr. Drews: <br />Enclosed are duplicate originals of the proposed revocable license agreement <br />between the City of Colton and the City of Riverside that you requested. <br />This license covers the placement of a 6' x 8' pad mounted electrical switch <br />on the City's Gage Canal right-of-way adjacent to Mohave Drive in Colton. <br />If all is acceptable to the City of Colton on the enclosed documents, please <br />have both duplicate originals of the license agreement executed with the <br />authorized signatures for the City of Colton and then return both copies to <br />me for City of Riverside execution. <br />After execution by the City of Riverside, one fully executed original <br />document will be returned to you for your files.
