We are also enclosing a <br />marked to show changes draft in order to enable you to <br />follow the changes that have taken place between the time <br />that the Development Agreement was originally presented to <br />you and the final draft Development Agreement presently <br />before you. Because there have been some changes to the <br />Development Agreement we are recommending that the City <br />Council conduct a noticed public hearing on the amended <br />Development Agreement and approve the amended Development <br />Agreement by ordinance. A suggested draft ordinance is <br />attached for your information and review. If the terms and <br />conditions of the Development Agreement are acceptable, we <br />would recommend that you adopt the attached ordinance. <br />JOHN E.
