Varela Industries shall be paid at the rate of. $23.40 per <br />ton of sludge hauled from the existing stockpile. After <br />a total of 2,000 tons have been hauled, Varela Industries <br />shall be paid at the rate of $25.40 per ton for the <br />remaining stockpiled sludge. Invoices shall be submitted <br />weekly, and payment shall be made in the ordinary course <br />of business after normal submission of invoices, but in <br />any event, no later than the 10th of each month for hauling <br />during the previous month. <br />7. The haul shall commence immediately upon the issuance <br />of a purchase order by the City of Colton. The entire <br />existing stockpile shall be removed by Varela Industries <br />within 90 days atter issuance of a purchase order by the <br />City. <br />elm <br />
