1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 0-19-90 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL <br />ADOPTING THE COUNTY HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN BY REFERENCE. <br />WHEREAS, the City o -F Colton City Council has held a public <br />hearing as required by law to consider the County Hazardous Waste <br />Management Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council acknowledges that SB 2948 requires <br />Colton to adopt a Hazardous Waste Management Plan by December 18, <br />1990 ; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has found the Plan to further the <br />goals of the City and to benefit the City Residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found the Plan to merit a <br />negative declaration with the understanding that siting of <br />projects will require full CEQA compliance; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby adopt the County Hazardous Waste <br />Management Plan by reference and further the City Council does <br />find the project to merit a negative declaration. <br />APPROVED and ADOPTED this <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
