CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT (CONTINUED) <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF December 18, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: CONTRACT FOR FINANCIAL INVESTIGATIONS <br />RELATING TO ASSET SEIZURES <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />The cost of a financial investigation would be a flat 18% contingent <br />fee, calculated on those assets directly discovered because of the <br />financial investigation. <br />IMPACT <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the Chief of Police <br />to enter into a contract with Command Asset Seizure Forfeiture <br />Administration Service to conduct financial investigations. <br />Report prepared by: R.
