Gonzales A <br />SUBJECT: Vietnam Veterans Memorial Relocation Date: <br />Richard Moyeda, Jr. Vice Commander of VFW, submitted a letter to <br />the City Council regarding the relocation of the Vietnam <br />Veterans Memorial which is presently located on the water <br />fountain on the corner of Mt.
